Shipping cost outside of Germany

International customers are subject to individual additional shipping cost depending on the Country they are living in. These additional shipping costs have to be added to the Invoice. We will inform you about the additional shipping cost just after you placed your order and will send you the adjusted Invoice for payment.

Instructions for sending the urine sample (medium- sized urine ) :Please note the following points to ensure that the sample is shipped correctly: Carry out the sampling according to the enclosed instructions for use. We would like to point out once again that the central jet urine is required for the second toilet visit of the day.

Please notify us between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. (German time) on the phone number: +49 (0) 511 55 47 44 0.We will arrange for you to be picked up (overnight express) immediately. Please note that shipping can only take place Monday through Thursday , otherwise our laboratory cannot accept the shipment. After you have notified us and we have commissioned the shipping service provider, the sample will be picked up from you within a few hours. You are also welcome to have the sample picked up from a different address. Please note: The shipment must be registered with the shipping service provider by 5 p.m. at the latest and you must then ensure that the sample can be picked up within a few hours. If the transport has been ordered, but you were not present at the time of pick-up, the costs incurred must be borne by you. When the transport service arrives, stow the urine sample together with the completed medical history sheets in the designated Envelope. Please label the enclosed waybill with your return address and give everything to the transport service provider. If you cannot guarantee that the transport service provider will be commissioned by 4:30 p.m., you have the option of delivering the consignment to the nearest Service provider Station in the evening. However, this must be agreed beforehand with DiaPat GmbH on the phone number (+49 (0) 511-554744-0).,

We will arrange the pickup (overnight express) for you immediately. Please note that shipping can only take place Monday through Thursday , as immediate further processing of the sample and an informative measurement are otherwise not guaranteed. After you have notified us and we have commissioned the shipping service provider, the sample will be picked up from you within 90 minutes. You are also welcome to have the sample collected from a different address. Please note: If you are only available for pick-up from 4:30 p.m., depending on the time and place of pick-up - increased transport costs will be incurred, which must be borne by the customer. Likewise, the costs are to be borne by the customer if the transport was ordered but could not be carried out because no one was present at the time of collection. When the transport service arrives, insert the urine monovette into the cold pack, close it and push it into the styrofoam box. Then secure the lid with the rubber band and place the styrofoam box together with the completed medical history sheet in the Envelope/Box to be shipped. Please label the enclosed waybill with your return address and give everything to the transport service provider.

Dispatch of the report

Please tick the delivery address when placing your order and enter the name and full address of your family doctor or treating doctor there. Unless you inform us otherwise in writing, the report of the results of your test will be sent to your family doctor or treating doctor.
